Unfortunately, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve had to put all our physical meetings on hold at the church, to align with government advice and help slow down the spread of the Coronavirus. This includes all activity normally taking place at the building, from the toddler’s group through to Sunday services. But be assured, our doors will be open again as soon as it is safe to do so.
However, this doesn’t mean our church activity stops completely – after all, the church is the people, not the building! We have started live streaming a home-based service every Sunday morning. It is hosted on Facebook and every week a new scheduled stream will be announced on our Facebook page, so you’ll know exactly where to go at 10:30am every Sunday! Our page is embedded below for your convenience.
UPDATE (17/05/2020):- With the ongoing social distancing measures, we’ve also started hosting a weekly Sunday evening service on Facebook. Click here to find out more about this new meeting.
We are also holding our weekly prayer meeting every Tuesday night at 7:30pm via a Teleconference. This allows attendees to dial-in using a landline or mobile phone for just the cost of a local call (often covered by inclusive minutes). Details can be obtained from one of the deacons or through our contact us form.
We’ve also updated our event listings to reflect the current meeting arrangements and we will continue to do so as the situation develops.
Please continue to pray for the situation the world finds itself in during this pandemic; pray for those key workers that are keeping this country running, and remember we have a God in whom we can trust, all the days of our lives – “For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock.” (Psalm 27:5)
